The Educational Talent Search Program (ETS) is a federally funded TRIO program designed to encourage student retention through high school graduation, and then enrollment in a postsecondary education institution (PSE). Federal regulations mandate that we serve 583 participants annually. The first priority is Dothan City School's students who are eligible for services.

The Educational Talent Search Program (ETS) is a federally funded TRIO program designed to encourage student retention through high school graduation, and then enrollment in a postsecondary education institution (PSE). Federal regulations mandate that we serve 583 participants annually. The first priority is Dothan City School's students who are eligible for services.
1. High school graduation
2. Each participant will complete the FAFSA (Federal Application for Free Student Aid) and learn about funding his or her education.
3. Enrollment and graduation from a technical college, community college, or four year institution
